All returned equipment MUST be pre-approved and assigned a Return
Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Returns must be received
with 15 days of the RMA number being issued or the RMA is void.
Purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs on all merchandise
returned to us for exchange or warranty repairs. Please allow up to
(5) business days for our tech team to check out your returned item.
All defective items being returned must be packed as if they were new
and working. Failure to do so may invalidate both the RMA and the warranty.
LaptopService.ca is not responsible for goods that are damaged during
shipment or misused/abused by the customer/carrier.
We offer a warranty on all New, Used, or Refurbished items that we sell.
Unless otherwise specified, manufacturer warranties may not be in effect.
New product warranties may be referred directly to the manufacturer.
Warranty Length: Unless otherwise specified, this item comes with a 30 day
warranty from the arrival date.
Coverage: This warranty only covers repair or replacement of a defective
product. In the event that the product is non-repairable and the same
product is no longer in stock, we will replace the product with a similar
item or refund your money.
Warranty does NOT cover misuse or mishandling of equipment. This warranty
does NOT cover incompatibilities or the purchase of an incorrect item.
Any shortages, missing or damaged items must be reported within 2 days of
receipt of shipment.
